Refund Policy

The store is not open yet. This is the policy that applies from the day it opens, to a licence and to an update renewal alike.
1. Try it first
Every feature of Leafbind is free for 60 days, without payment details. The trial exists so you can decide before you pay, with the forecast working on your own writing. That is why there is no money-back guarantee on top of it.
2. When we refund in full
- You were charged twice, or for the wrong product.
- Your licence never arrived, and we could not get it to you.
- Leafbind will not install or run on your Windows computer, and we cannot put that right.
Write to support@leafbind.app with your order number. The refund is paid by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the way you paid.
3. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the law, including any right to withdraw from the purchase and your rights if Leafbind does not work as described. If you live in the EU or the UK, Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms explain how the right of withdrawal applies to software delivered digitally.
4. Lemon Squeezy's own discretion
As the seller of record, Lemon Squeezy may also refund a purchase within 60 days, at its own discretion. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please write to us first: we answer every message, and a refund we arrange is quicker for you than a dispute with your bank.
5. What a refund does to your licence
A refunded licence is cancelled: Leafbind versions released after the refund no longer accept it. Your manuscripts are not affected. They are files on your own disk, and Leafbind still opens, shows and exports them without a licence.
